We booked our trip to the Maldives with Zaha Travel, assisted by Rashmina. From the very beginning, she was incredibly attentive—listening to our needs and suggesting several beautiful resort options. The support was perfect: upon arrival in Malé, we were warmly welcomed and guided step by step until we reached our destination. The resort itself was wonderful with amazing staff and really well organized. We experienced a small issue with our room assignment, and although it wasn’t Zaha Travel’s responsibility, Rashmina promptly helped us resolve it in no time. Zaha Travel will definitely be our go-to agency for future trips. Excellent work—thank you so much!

We recently celebrated our 10-year anniversary in the Maldives, and it was nothing short of magical...all thanks to Zaha Travels and our amazing agent, Ilm.❤️ From the very first message, Ilm was incredibly responsive, professional, and thoughtful. I had done a lot of research and even made some pre-bookings online, but after stumbling upon Zaha Travels through Google, I decided to share my plans with Ilm. Not only did he refine the itinerary to make it better, he also made it more affordable! He handled everything seamlessly, from resort bookings to transfer arrangements, excursions, and even coordinating with the third-party media team. One particular incident stood out: We paid extra for drone photography during an excursion but didn’t receive the photos before flying back to Malaysia. The excursion team went radio silent, but Ilm personally followed up with them, and we received the photos the very next day. That kind of follow-through is rare and speaks volumes about his commitment to service.🙏 Unfortunately, we didn’t get to meet Ilm in person as he was unwell during our stay, but he constantly checked in and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our trip. Had been to Maldives through Zaha Travels and the service provided was phenomenal! We had contacted alot of travel companies but from the first time we started conversing with Rashmina, we were at ease with the information that was being provided to us. Everything was so transparent and seamless. Rashmina never got tired of the many questions and changes we made and was on top of getting it done really well!! We really enjoyed the entire itinerary and the other services that had been arranged for us.
